On 9 January 2007, Apple shook the world by launching the iPhone which completely redefines what users can do on their mobile phones. According to the Apple website (2009), the iPhone is a small and lightweight handheld device 'combining three products—a revolutionary mobile phone, a widescreen iPod® with touch controls, and a breakthrough Internet communications device with desktop-class email, web browsing, searching and maps.'
The iPhone is arguably the phone of the future. It has the functions of a computer and also has amazing entertainment ability, playing music, movies, and more. Thus, users to the iPhone are never bored. The iPhone allows Internet surfing and advanced call features and business professionals will find iPhone a useful tool for them. In short, there are so much users can do with their iPhone. In addition, ever since the invention of iPhone, there are many people out there making tons of money just by coming out with iPhone applications for users.
The possibilities of technology are boundless. Gone were the days where mobile phone users could only make and receive calls. With the rapid advancement of technology, who knows, maybe in future, we might even have mobile phones incorporated into our bodies.
